Tentative Itinerary
Tuesday July 10th TEAM CHECK-IN TIMES (TBA)
(Ford Park Exhibit Hall, located @ Ford Arena, next door to the baseball facility)
10:00 AM - Noon
Team check in (All teams must check in between these times. All kids need to be present here. All teams need to have rosters, and a copy of each players Birth Certificates.)
This will also be a time for pin trading. (What happens here is each kid brings his own towel, ortowel that team Mom provides for the kids with team name on it with. On this towel, the kids will have pins that represent his team, or city he is from, or pins that are just simply cool. He is then going to trade those pins with kids from other teams pins, therefore making a cool and different towel. The more pins, the better. The kids will be able to trade the pins throughout the week also.)
Noon: Mandatory Coaches Meeting following check-in at the exhitbit hall (Every team must have at least one coach in attendance at this meeting)
Tuesday July 10th World Series play starts (1 pool game that evening)
Wednesday July 11th World Series play continues
5:00 PM (tentative) Pizza/Homerun contest/Outfield Accuracy contest/Fastest Baserunning team/Fastest Team around the Horn
Thursday July 12th World Series play continues; Bracket Play
Friday July 13th World Series play continues.
Saturday July 14th World Series play continues.
Sunday July 15th World Series play concludes.
